Client has progressed to a Senior Leadership position in a growing and scaling start-up and wants to develop their Leadership Capability, People Management expertise and both customer and stakeholder engagement and relationship enhancing capabilities.
Objectives
To identify areas of Leadership as strengths, limitations; create a development workbook and plan for continuous development. Support the client in transitioning to a new expanded Leadership role within the business. In particular, as discussed with the client / coachee:

- Provided coaching for the 1st 90-days in a new role.
